2 eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
A pinch of salt
Green Tea Cake:
(Use pre-made or store-bought)
Sides:
Shumai dumplings (store-bought)
Fruits of choice (e.g., sliced apples or oranges)
Instructions
Tuna Onigiri:
Mix tuna with mayonnaise and salt.
Shape sushi rice into a triangle, place tuna in the center, and wrap with nori.
Katsu Sando:
Season pork with salt and pepper.
Coat with flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with panko.
Fry until golden brown and crispy.
Slice cutlet, place on bread, and drizzle with tonkatsu sauce. Assemble the sandwich.
Tamagoyaki:
