  4. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
  5. Flip the burgers and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Grill for another 3-4 minutes for medium doneness.
  6. Remove the burgers from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun, then top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired.
