  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove tofu and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, and snap peas, stir-frying for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the tofu to the pan and add soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
  7. Pour in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
