Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, mix the honey, applesauce, and peanut or almond butter until smooth.
Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips or shredded cheese.
Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the mixture onto the prepared baking tray and shape into small patties.
