  1. Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
  2. Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing over each tortilla.
  3. Evenly distribute the shredded chicken, chopped lettuce, diced tomato, shredded cheese, cucumbers, and bell peppers onto each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. If using avocado, add slices on top of the fillings.
  6. Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla over the fillings, tucking in the sides as you go.
  7. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for an on-the-go meal.
