  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and shredded cheese.
  3. Add the ranch dressing and mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon the mixture evenly onto each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. If using, add slices of avocado and bell pepper on top of the mixture.
  6. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  7. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for a portable meal.
