2 ribeye steaks (1 inch thick)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 cup asparagus, trimmed
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon honey

Instructions
Take the steaks out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Preheat your grill or skillet over high heat. Brush the steaks with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Set aside.
Once the grill or skillet is hot, add the steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting cook time for your desired doneness.
While the steaks are cooking, toss the asparagus with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Add to the grill or a separate skillet for the last 4-5 minutes of cooking.
Remove the steaks and asparagus from heat. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before topping with the garlic herb butter.
