Ingredients
1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup snap peas
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated beef to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Return the beef to the skillet and mix everything well. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles, garnished with chopped green onions.
