  1. In a blender, add the fresh spinach and banana first to ensure even blending.
  2. Add the pineapple and mango chunks on top of the spinach and banana.
  3. Pour in the coconut water. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add more coconut water to your desired consistency.
  4. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds. Stop to scrape down the sides as needed.
