  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil along with the garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir well.
  6. Add the cooked beef back to the skillet and stir to combine, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving, and serve over cooked rice or noodles.
