This quick beef stir fry is a delicious and speedy meal perfect for busy weeknights. Packed with tender beef and vibrant vegetables, it’s ready in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients
1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup bell peppers, sliced (red and green)
1 cup snap peas
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
Add the sliced beef to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining oil and add garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Return the beef to the pan and mix thoroughly with the vegetables.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Pour this sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Drizzle with sesame oil and serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
