Quick Beef Stir Fry: A Flavorful 15-Minute Meal

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the remaining oil and add garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the beef to the pan and mix thoroughly with the vegetables.
  6. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Pour this sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
