  4. Add Spinach and Seasoning: Add the fresh spinach and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Cook until the spinach is wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Combine Chicken and Sauce: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce. Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve: Plate the chicken and spoon the creamy sauce over the top. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil if desired.
