  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef to the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Stir in the garlic, ginger, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
