  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic, ginger, broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet, pour in the sauce mixture, and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
