1 cup snap peas
3 green onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
Add the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce, stirring until everything is well coated and heated through.
Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
