  1. In a bowl, combine sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef to the skillet, cooking until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Stir in garlic, ginger, and vegetables (bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot) and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet, mixing everything together. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
