  2. While the quinoa is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken breast, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and browned.
  3. Add the broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender and vibrant.
  4. Once the quinoa is ready, fluff it with a fork and divide it into meal prep containers.
  5. Top each portion of quinoa with the chicken and vegetable mixture.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
