  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  5. Transfer the grilled chicken to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Slice the chicken, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
