  2. Add the onions and tomatoes to the pot, cooking until the onions are translucent and the tomatoes have softened.
  3. Pour in the water, bringing the mixture to a boil. Skim off any impurities that rise to the top.
  4. Add the fish sauce, radish, and taro. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes or until the pork is tender.
  5. Stir in the green beans and chili peppers. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Add the tamarind paste (or fresh tamarind) and season with salt and pepper. Adjust the sourness according to your preference.
  7. Finally, add the water spinach and cook for another 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice and enjoy your Sinigang na Baboy!
