Ingredients
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup snap peas
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix until well coated and set aside for 10 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Return the beef to the skillet, adding salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
