  3. Add broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté for an additional 5 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender.
  4. In a large bowl, toss mixed greens with balsamic vinaigrette and set aside.
  5. Once quinoa is cooked, fluff with a fork and serve alongside the chicken and vegetable mixture.
  6. For dessert, serve sliced strawberries topped with whipped cream.
