  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet, and toss everything together. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles, garnished with chopped green onions.
