1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup snap peas
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Green onions, sliced for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated beef to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Return the cooked beef to the skillet, mixing everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir-fry for an additional minute.
Serve the stir fry over cooked rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
