  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil, then add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet along with any accumulated juices. Toss everything together and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped green onions.
  8. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
