  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika, then add them to the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers to the skillet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and stir well.
  5. Cook the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon some garlic butter over it, and cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
