  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, and ½ teaspoon dried thyme. Rub 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick) with 1 tablespoon olive oil and then coat evenly with the seasoning mix on both sides.
  3. Place the seasoned pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap. Cook at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. The exterior should be crispy and golden brown.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
