  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken breasts, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
  3. Arrange the chicken breasts on one side of a large baking sheet.
  4. On the other side of the baking sheet, place the broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with a little more olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the oven, allow to rest for a few minutes, then serve hot.
